I founded Iron Triangle Solution to support women in project management to thrive their careers. 

 

I'm incredibly grateful for the amazing mentors and leaders I've had throughout my career, and now I'm following in their footsteps and giving back to others.

My project management journey started almost 15 years ago when I was an operations manager supporting 10,500 retail stores. We were often being told to "do more with less", so I started improving and re-engineering the day-to-day process. We had a new CEO join, and he introduced Lean Six Sigma. It was at this point that I fell in love with project management and I have never looked back. Since then I have made it my mission to grow my skills and expertise across a range of different methodologies and industries and I've loved every minute... so much so that I went back to uni and undertook a Master in Project Management!

 

I love that projects can make peoples' lives easier and inspire great change. I also get the chance to lead amazing people. I love seeing people who work with me learn and grow and that's what lights me up!

But leading projects comes with many challenges! I've been through it all... the good, the bad, and the uniquely interesting! Project management takes a special kind of person, someone who is resilient, adaptive, empathetic, can build amazing team culture and problem-solve like nothing you've seen before... all while keeping an eye on the strategic outcomes and business benefits!
